New Ownership at Republic Title

Dear Colleague:

You may not be aware that my partner Matt Gambs and I are the new owners of Republic Title. We have been trying to reach as many of our Agents/Clients as possible in person and be able to share some time together; however, it will take us longer than we like to, hence this letter.

It is our intent to reassure you that our relationship with you will continue to grow stronger along with our firm belief that attorneys must remain in each and every real estate transaction for the well being of all concerned parties.

Two and a half years ago Ron Lake shared his dream with us of growing Republic Title by establishing a relationship with a Bank. We were on the Bank side of the equation: Matt Gambs is the President/CEO and I am the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Bloomingdale Bank and Trust with five locations. Unfortunately Ron’s passing denied him the opportunity to continue to be a part of today’s Republic Title.

We are already experiencing additional sound growth from land trusts to new construction since August 1, 2006. Jeffrey Picklin remains on board along with all the staff and the greatest closers you can ask for. It is our goal to maintain and improve our relationship by providing you with outstanding service every day and for every closing.
